Join Emma and Jill Lander for an informative and nourishing workshop exploring the connection between the Daoists philosophy of the five elements in the external world with an introduction to Chinese Astrology and the effects of balancing the elements in our bodies with a Yin Yoga practice integrating the roots to Traditional Chinese Medicine. 

This workshop will offer the fusion of these ancient practices and its relevance as we approach the most Yin time of the year, the Winter season, encouraging us to enhance ourselves and our environment. Starting with Jill’s introduction to this insightful philosophy followed by refreshments and time for Q&A. Emma will then lead a nurturing 90 minute Yin Yoga practice including pranayama, guided movement and a deep relaxation. You will leave the afternoon with a broadened mindset and a sense of balance and calm in the body.
