Do you suffer with Incontinence, Prolapse or Diastasis? if so, you are not alone. Around 50% of women will suffer from prolapse at some point in their life and 1 in 3 women will suffer from stress or urge incontinence. 

 

In this 2 hour workshop Susannah White will teach you how to become more aware of your Pelvis and begin your Pelvic Health healing journey. You will start by activating and connecting to your pelvic floor with a specifically designed breathing protocol. Then you will work through a full body fascial release to help free up the body’s natural movement patterns.

After this you will work together to connect pelvic activation to movement, using correct anatomy and a range of conscious and unconscious exercises, enabling you to take back control over your body and your pelvic floor.

 

You will end the workshop with a relaxation and time for questions.
