Do you experience stubborn, maybe painful knots or kinks in your muscles or fascial tissues, knots that Yoga alone can't quite get to?

Would you like to enhance your flexibility or freedom of movement ? A flexibility that stays longer because you journeyed deeper?

Do you feel a need to access greater layers of relaxation, opening to intuition and your creative self?

This is where the potent combination of Yin Yoga & myofascial release comes in.

With mindful practice, these two techniques can assist the nervous system to find a deep sense of release and relaxation, having a profound effect on your physical, mental and emotional body.

In many ways, it can be likened to the benefits of having a deep tissue massage; only you will be providing the release yourself by the intelligent, mindful use of small fitness balls ( tennis ball size).

We will use these to address specific, accumulated, pockets of tension, both in the muscles & the deeper tissues while breathing, rolling out the knots & surrendering, as best we can, in the poses of Yin Yoga.

Your more receptive self has space to arise, bringing the opportunity for profound relaxation.

With kinks & knots softened or removed, the prana (life force energy) can flow with ease, optimising your vitality.

This workshop will conclude with a guided relaxation to bring your newly ironed-out self back together again.

Advisory: This practice may be emotional. Knots of tension, especially if they have been stored for a while, have emotional roots. Emotions that we have been holding on to & may not be aware of.

This will be a safe space to roll them out of town, or at least start the journey.
