Do you suffer from incontinence, prolapse or diastasic? if so, you are not alone. Around 50% of women will suffer from prolapse at some pointing their life and 1 in 3 women will suffer from stress or urge incontinence.

In this 2 hour workshop you will learn how to start your pelvic floor healing journey. We will begin by activating and connecting to your pelvic floor with a specifically designed breathing protocol. Then we will work through a full body fascial release to help free up the body’s natural movement patterns. After this we will work together to connect pelvic activation to movement, using correct anatomy and a range of conscious and unconscious exercises, enabling you to take back control over your body and your pelvic floor.

We will end the workshop with a relaxation and time for questions.
