Everyone suffers from mild stress and anxiety from time to time, but chronic stress/anxiety take a tremendous toll on the body. We can feel drained and stifled. Physical tension can build up in our muscles and our breathing can become constricted. The mind can have whirling thoughts and feeling, leaving us feeling restless and unsettled.
Yoga and breathing can help you access inner strength that can potentially help you face the sometimes overwhelming thoughts and feelings.
This workshop will help you learn easy and manageable ways to turn negative energy into something positive which can shape your life in a more positive way.
We will go through breathing exercises and yoga poses that will help you calm your nervous system.
