Join Danni Craker to focus on setting your intentions for the coming 3 months, helping you move forward towards your bigger intentions and goals.
The afternoon will include a 60 minute Alignment Based Vinyasa Yoga practice to shift stuck energy and clear our minds. Followed by a guided session over refreshments to help you review where you are and to set intentions based on what’s important to you, including journalling and a visualisation. Before finishing with a Yin Yoga practice to allow the body, mind and soul to integrate our intentions.
You’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose.
