Have you always wanted to incorporate inversions in practice, but never knew how to start? This workshop is designed for all levels of experience and will break down the technique of handstands and other inversions in a step by step method that will allow you to practice getting upside down in a safe and confident way. 

The exercises given in this workshop are given according to your level. We will start off of the wall so that you can learn where to place your hands on the floor and feel your own weight. We will then practice handstand against the wall to gain endurance and develop the key concepts that will initiate the idea of balance. 

It is a fun filled workshop and where you will explore the disciplines of a inversion practice in a playful manner, learning how to dispel fears and enjoy the view of the World from a different perspective.
