Good pelvic function is an essential part of a healthy life. Without correct connection to your pelvic powerhouse; we can suffer from a myriad of pelvic related problems such as incontinence, prolapse and diastasis, impacting every aspect of our daily lives.

During this two hour workshop you will be introduced to a full breathing protocol that will teach you how to reconnect to your pelvic floor. Together you will look into the anatomy of the pelvis and be taught how to check levels of diastasis for yourself. 

From there, you will then work through a full body fascial release to help free up the body’s natural movement patterns and work together to connect pelvic activation to movement. Susannah will end the 2 hours with a deep relaxation and leave time for any questions.
