Yoga Teacher

Emma discovered yoga in 2002 and feels a deep affinity with its origins having spent half her life in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia surrounded culturally by Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi from an early age. Emma’s practice is an intrinsic part of daily life and feels blessed to have taken a leap of faith and turned her passion into her full-time job leaving her corporate job in 2023 behind. 

Emma completed her Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Pranayama 200-hour teacher training in 2017 and her 40-hour Yin Yoga teacher training at our very own Yard Yoga. Emma teaches with an awareness of the body and mind connection we can all find whether in a dynamic or gentle class, to achieve a blissful balance of peace and harmony.
